Your Mission
Acquired.com is a high-growth payments platform serving businesses across the UK and Europe. We help clients optimise and streamline their payment infrastructure, offering solutions for card processing, Pay by Bank, Direct Debit, and payouts. The Operations team is responsible for solution design, technical integration, onboarding, and the ongoing management of our key partners and their clients.
As a Partner Manager, you will be a critical member of the Operations team, responsible for managing the relationships, onboarding, and support of Acquired.com's strategic technology partners. You will work cross-functionally to drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and partner-led revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Relationship Management & Commercial Ownership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, supporting joint account plans and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
- Act as a key point of contact for operational queries and support issues arising from partner integrations
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Account Management, and Technical teams to deliver seamless onboarding and product delivery
- Support onboarding and go-live of partner-referred clients, ensuring technical and operational readiness
- Drive adoption of Acquired.com's product suite across partner channels
- Identify and execute on upsell/cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with commercial teams
- Support contract renewals and pricing discussions, contributing to long-term partner value
- Monitor churn risk and proactively mitigate issues through data-driven insight
Data & Reporting
- Generate and analyse reports on payment performance and operational metrics for partner accounts
- Use data to inform decision-making and track partner performance KPIs
- Maintain accurate documentation of partner workflows, troubleshooting, and integration guides
Payments Expertise & Compliance
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Acquired.com's payment products and how they integrate with partner platforms
- Provide guidance and insight to partners around payment optimisation and best practices
- Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
Internal Collaboration & Support
- Support the continuous improvement of partner onboarding processes
- Share feedback from partners with Product and Commercial teams
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, mentoring junior team members, and supporting go-to-market initiatives
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years in an operations, support, or implementation role within payments, fintech, or financial services
- Proven experience working with strategic partnerships or B2B client operations
- Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of payment revenue models
- Technical aptitude with a familiarity in APIs, data flows, and SaaS-based platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excel and data visualisation tools are a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills (both technical and non-technical)
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience with sectors such as Lending, Insurance, or Collections is desirable
