As a team, Product Management are accountable for the definition, execution, and delivery of our product roadmap across our suite of product offerings and bringing new experiences to our growing partner base. Each team member contributes to the long-term strategy, vision, and roadmap, while focusing on delivering market leading products and experiences for our partners and their customers.

Work cross functionally with engineers, commercial and operations functions to ensure everything is going to plan -

Articulate our product roadmap and priorities, ensuring everyone understands the long-term goals and strategy -

Weave market trends and customer data, into viable product features and upgrades -
Data Driven
Continually learning & analysing, monitor metrics to see how a product, feature or service is performing -
Agile
Review progress and discuss roadblocks, managing change -
Workshops
Showcase existing and new product features, knowledge sharing, and thought leadership -
Documentation
Produce clear concise documentation for key projects, features, functionality, processes, flows and all things in-between -
User interviews
Interview developers, partners, merchants, end users, colleagues to understand requirements -
